This is as close as I will get to the Glitterati of Hollywood, but it's a darn nice consolation prize! We were here as they prepared for the Cannes film festival. We actually watched them prepping the red carpet. Kinda nifty! This place screams Cannes glamour. Chic guests with no where to be and all day to do it. Why not join them?? I think I felt the ghost of Grace Kelly! We had coffee, wine, croissants and eggs. Because what goes better with coffee and eggs than wine? (Don't judge, I'm on vacation) Magnificent. Forget what you've heard about French snobbery. It's not here. Everyone was happy AND helpful. The location is central to the best shopping and the luxe harbor. The boat ... or shall I say mega yacht... watching is a treat in itself. What a great day!

This restaurant is exactly how I would expect a place this close to the water and expo center to be - on the overpriced and mediocre side. I had a nicoise salad that was pretty much the inside part of iceburg lettuce with some meh tuna. On the plus side, after we told them we were in a hurry they served us pretty quickly so we were able to get back to work on time.

The decorative string lights that were reflecting in the mirrors on each side was what lured us into the restaurant. The food turned out to be really good as well. The service is ok and slow, which is not uncommon in France. We had nice chats meanwhile and enjoyed the atmosphere. We all ordered seafood. Mine was cod fish, very tender and juicy. It was a little bit bland but maybe it was meant to be bland enough for me to add salt and pepper to my own preference? I added extra salt and pepper to my own liking and paired it with white wine. I would say overall a very good experience.
